As a preschool teacher, I believe children thrive when they are given time, space, and beautiful materials to explore creatively. My approach to art is process-based and open-ended, allowing each child to experiment, make choices, and express their ideas in their own unique way. Rather than asking children to copy a model, I create experiences that support curiosity, confidence, and authentic self-expression.

I also enjoy introducing open-ended materials and loose parts that can be used in countless ways without specific instructions. These materials encourage creativity, discovery, problem-solving, and hands-on exploration.

I design thoughtful art provocations that can connect with your school’s curriculum, seasonal studies, classroom themes, literature, nature-based learning, or artist studies. Each experience is tailored to the developmental needs of the children and invites exploration through open-ended materials, sensory engagement, and creative choice.
My goal is to create art experiences that
feel inspiring for children, supportive for teachers, and meaningful within the life of the classroom.

I partner with preschools to create meaningful art experiences that support creativity, exploration, and early learning. Programs can be designed as one-time workshops, short-term residencies, or ongoing classroom enrichment, depending on your school’s needs.
Art experiences can connect with classroom studies and developmental goals while still preserving the joy and freedom of process-based art. Children strengthen fine motor skills, language, observation, problem-solving, and self-expression as they work with beautiful, open-ended materials.
